I loved the complimentary infused water in the lobby. It felt so refreshing. the friendly staff helped me with luggage storage before check-in, a true convenience.

The bathroom door proved a little difficult to close. But everything else was perfect, .

The staff members were so helpful and always available, which i appreciated. i loved that the location was really convenient. It made getting around super easy. the room size was also good. I seemed like i had plenty of space.

i noticed the room faced a wall of another building, which wasn't ideal.

my executive queen room had a coffee machine and a fridge, and those were very useful. the room was very clean, and i really liked the modern decor. the bed was super comfy, i slept so well!!!

The hotel staff were attentive. They were always ready to help with anything i needed. i communicated easily with them, they were very responsive to my requests. they provided extra towels quickly when i asked for them.

i enjoyed breakfast at the trademark restaurant in the hotel. the service was excellent, and the food was tasty!!! the coffee was strong and perfect for starting the day. i especially liked the pastries, they were so fresh and delicious.
