solid stay near the airport
clean room spacious room
the room was very clean and spacious (i stayed in a king room). the onsite restaurant offered prompt service and good food. i liked the free parking right outside my door. the large shower had great water pressure.
the noise from other guests in the hallway was noticeable late at night. i could hear doors slamming and loud conversations.

the reception staff were helpful with directions and information. they also arranged the airport shuttle for me (the driver was punctual and friendly). the restaurant staff provided quick and attentive service.

the airport shuttle was prompt. the internal restaurant had a good menu. the staff was fast and cute. the room's internal space was well managed.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations next door. the vent in the toilet did not appear to have been cleaned for a long time. the air conditioning was not cold enough. the gate card did not work. I had to call for assistance each time.

Charmed by Convenience
free shuttle clean room friendly staff delicious dinner
The free airport shuttle was fantastic, saving me time and money. My room was very clean and quite spacious. I found the staff at reception very friendly and efficient at check-in, it was great. The onsite restaurant offered a delicious swordfish dinner, a good surprise.
I noticed that the room seemed a little dusty, almost as if it had not been occupied recently.

The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, a real bonus. I also saw a well kept outdoor pool that featured sun loungers and a shaded area for relaxation, very useful.

The onsite restaurant provided convenient dining options and room service. The menu included a variety of dishes, I tried the swordfish and it was excellent. The restaurant also offered a selection of wines.

My queen room featured a large comfortable bed with clean linens. The room included a television and a well-lit work desk. The bathroom had complimentary toiletries, I found it very convenient.

burnt pizza swapped ice-cream
The food really let me down . the pizza i ordered was burnt. also, the salad consisted of nothing more than mixed leaves, two pathetic slices of yellow capsicum, three slices of cucumber, and a bit of onion. for dessert, they swapped out the ice-cream for sorbet. I was not happy.
