Acceptable Stay with Service Issues
difficult shades poor breakfast
The location was quite good, with access to the theatre and the town centre.
I found the blackout shades difficult to operate due to the manual winding mechanism. Hallway and adjoining room noise was audible. The room service breakfast was of such poor quality that I refused to eat it or pay for it.

convenient central stays
central location quick check friendly staff
the hotel has market and shopping centre within walkable distance. the check in was quick. friendly staff helped me with many request. kids also enjoyed the games room.
i found the shower temperature adjustment difficult. when the cold tap is turned slightly while the hot tap is on, water becomes too cold. when the cold tap is turned off, water becomes too hot.

breakfast was good and included a nice variety. the breakfast buffet features a coeliac bar. i think this inclusion is very kind. it has excellent australian standard.
