easy check-in beautiful bathroom
The check-in process was easy and the staff member was lovely. The room was beautiful and large in size with a beautiful bathroom that featured a shower. The room also included a couch, a desk and a Nespresso machine, everything I needed.
The bedside wall lamps had light bulbs with an awful glaring white hue.

the shuttle service was very convenient. it runs regularly from the airport. the staff also helped store bags after checkout. this made exploring before my flight easy.

mixed feelings about this visit
dated decor difficult phone access
the location was convenient enough for my needs.
The room was not adequately soundproofed. Airplane noise was a constant disturbance. the decor felt dated and overwhelmingly gray. It did not create a cute atmosphere. reaching the hotel by phone proved difficult. I was left on hold for extended periods.

The room included a fridge, microwave oven, and espresso machine. Those were very modern. i found daniel at the front desk helpful. he provided information on dining options and hotel events. i appreciated that the hotel offered subway, coffee bean, and krispy kreme attached.
the shower had low water pressure, and the towels left lint on my body. this was only a very minor inconvenience for me.
