adequate but overpriced
dated furniture excessive fee
the location was close to the marina, a feature that was nice to have.
The room looked dated. The furniture looked worn. the bathroom had some mold near the shower. the valet parking fee felt excessive given the limited parking alternatives nearby.

a satisfactory experience
convenient location efficient valet expensive parking bare-bones hotel
the location was convenient near the docks. the pool area provided ample space for relaxation. i also appreciated the efficiency of the valet service. drop off and pick up were both quick.
parking cost $52 daily which i found quite expensive. the absence of complimentary water in the lobby was a bit inconvenient. there were no makeup removers in my room. it felt a bit bare bones.

dimly lit room rude staff
The location proved convenient enough.
I found the room dimly lit. It lacked a full-length mirror. Staff at the front desk seemed quite rude. This affected my experience. Room service opened late with limited non-seafood options at the restaurant. This was also an issue.

attentive staff room cleanliness waterfront location
The staff was consistently attentive, always ready to help with a smile. i particularly enjoyed the room's cleanliness. It felt fresh and well kept. the hotel's location near the waterfront was a definite advantage, great for beautiful views and easy access to local attractions.
the restaurant's pricing felt a bit steep, especially given the portion sizes.

FANTASTIC stay with MARINA views!
attentive staff amazing selection balcony view
i appreciated the QUICK valet service EACH time i needed my car. The staff was always attentive. The hotel restaurant, Salt, had a VERY amazing selection of food. I enjoyed sitting on my balcony and watching the boats go by.
The gym equipment is a bit outdated. EVERYTHING else was wonderful.

the hotel restaurant, Salt, offers fresh seafood. I noticed it also had creative cocktails available. The picturesque marina backdrop enhances the dining experience there. the staff provided attentive service, Ensuring every meal was perfect.

the rooms are BEAUTIFULLY designed. They have modern decor and spacious layouts. i also saw balconies offer fine sunset views OVER the water. Plush bedding ensures a comfortable rest.
