The hotel location was convenient for accessing both times square and central park. i found the staff friendly and helpful . the proximity to various food options made dining very easy. We loved the room.
the window didn't open, so it was hard to get fresh air.

i didn't like the room at all (it gave me a creepy feeling). blending new with the old did not work in this hotel. it needs to be updated.
