The subway access near the hotel was a true gift. i walked to the subway station for easy travel. It felt quick to manhattan. tea and coffee were always available, such a tender touch.

The front desk staff were very professional (and helpful) . The soundproofing in the room was quite effective. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby amenities.
The shower drain was slow and did not work properly. The ventilation in the room was inadequate. I had to open the window to vent steam. The housekeeping service was inconsistent (I did not get fresh towels).

the front desk staff were helpful and friendly, i appreciated their assistance. the location is near the train. i found the bed to be very comfortable. the room's soundproofing was effective, blocking out external noise.
the lobby coffee, while available, was not the best quality.

the front desk is staffed 24/7, a helpful feature. the staff controlled entry with a secure environment! i met four different staff members, all really friendly and kind. they were really nice people.
