the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with directions to the nearby attractions. breakfast changed each day and was fresh plus tasty. i really liked free tea and coffee being in the lobby all the time. i used it while waiting to go to the airport.

eating or drinking takeout food inside the hotel is not allowed. there is also no room service. this felt more like an airbnb than a hotel regarding services.

I found eating and drinking inside the hotel to be surprisingly restricted. I could not get takeout food for consumption even in the lounge. The rooms felt quite dark because the only lights were the bedside lights. The closet light did not even work properly. This.

I DID find a few things lacking. the room lighting was quite poor. the closet light did not function correctly! this made it hard to see properly. eating and drinking inside the hotel rooms is not permitted. this felt rather restrictive and inconvenient.

The staff are super nice and ensure guests were very well cared for. They gave excellent recommendations for meals and local experience. I certainly recommend this hotel for everyone!

The hotel rooms are dark with little overhead lights, but it's okay. This may be because of the type of lighting setup.
