I found the staff universally friendly. They were helpful. I also found them engaging. The location is great, it is a short walk to the beach and town. I noticed a relaxed atmosphere. There was live music, and the breakfast and lunch were great.

the decor is great. i loved that the whole place is super clean and i walked to the pier (it was just a short walk!).

i wasn't told about a shop discount for staying at the hotel. we only realised too late that breakfast was included (disappointing!).
