the location provided easy access to the beach and local shops. i had additional tea and coffee available, it felt special. i found the reception friendly and very clean. breakfast had a good value and a variety of choices.

a very slight negative fact, the shower was not very warm.

The location near the venue was convenient. the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable with nice bedding. breakfast was included and cooked perfectly, i found the host cute. parking on the hotel was available. That helped a lot.

the lack of toiletries was surprising though i managed with what i had.

The room included tea and coffee facilities. I found recycling bins provided , commendable. The location was excellent, especially its proximity to Boscombe Pier. I could easily walk to the seafront.

The room lacked toiletries and basic bathroom necessities.

A Truly Homely Experience

Duncan's support began even before my arrival. He texted me the breakfast options, so I could choose in advance. Upon arrival, Duncan clearly explained all the details. The entire experience felt homely and friendly. The location was great. A short walk to the Pier and Kings Park.
