odd layoutconfusing parking

The hotel layout was quite odd. the corridors sprawled from the central lobby like a spider web. our room was like a long hike away. It was quite a distance after a long flight. also, the parking situation was confusing. i was told to park in zone 3. but the entrance i found didn't seem to lead anywhere near my room.

The staff was friendly during check-in. They gave me a warm cookie.

The wifi did not work in my room. It was annoying to be without internet access after a long day of travel. i had hoped to stream a movie, but i was unable to connect. i think they should ensure reliable wifi throughout the hotel.
