The shuttle service left much to be desired. It was quite slow. i waited almost 45 minutes at the airport. the room's air conditioning was also problematic. it struggled to cool the room effectively, even after setting it to a low temperature. it made sleeping uncomfortable.

the airport shuttle arrived very quickly and the driver was helpful with my luggage. my room included a coffee machine and complimentary water bottles. i found the bed very comfortable. Breakfast service from annik was lovely.
the hotel windows do not block sound very well.

I stayed for one night and found the complimentary airport shuttle very convenient. It ran frequently. the restaurant offered a variety of options and the food quality was good. the staff at the front desk were helpful with directions and information about the hotel amenities.
the shower head was ok! though not great, it worked for a quick rinse.

the restaurant service where great and i liked the convenient shuttle. easy parking was available to me. that place was what i needed to catch my flight next day.
the front desk agent was rude beyond belief. he insisted on me stating my name but he was annoyed he couldn't find my name. it become our worst stop in canada ever.
