The room was clean and of a good size (considering the standards). The bathroom featured a nice shower with good size. The location is pretty central. Breakfast was good.

the bedding was excellent. the quilts and pillows really helped me get some great sleep. i liked the sky blue ceiling design as the colors changed with the light! the exterior design looked beautiful at night when the lights came on.

the front desk staff weren't very well-trained. i wanted early check-in because of my overnight flight. i was told i couldn't check in until noon because there were no rooms. that was not a good start

The room was very clean and tidy. Staff provided two cans of water each day, this was nice. I had a free room upgrade on arrival, it was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel isn't very close to the subway. It is up hill so probably not accessible if you have a pram. The room was on the smaller side with a low coffee table.

my room was spacious with all necessities available. the bathroom had excellent water pressure, i loved it. the rooftop bar, the crown, offered fantastic drinks and fine views, a true delight.

the room surface felt a little unclean, especially near the kettle area. there was a not so good smell in the foyer, it really bothered me. the sheets with blue squares on white fabric looked like a chinese funeral garment, it was a bit unsettling.
