smooth check-in easy process helpful staff mtr distance small rooms noise issue

i find the team members nice especially edwin and caesar and lora. check in went smooth it was hassle free. i feel good about recommending this place for future visits. i will tell my family of this accommodation.

the place isnt near a mtr station its needed a taxi for a short ride. rooms seems small and you can hear noise from traffic. the shower sprays water everywhere it gets too wet.

Edwin and sam were so helpful after my super long flight! the whole experience was great. i am really grateful to edwin and sam. They are calming people. the hotel is peaceful!
