The hotel is directly connected to the terminal. This made access EASY after a long flight. The suite had high-quality fixtures. A VERY comfortable king bed with several pillow options provided superb sleep.

The shuttle was somewhat infrequent.

The location is perfect. It is just 3 minutes from terminal 2. transportation to the hotel was very efficient. the lobby is grand, and the staff were excellent. the executive suite was very nice with a very well-appointed large room.

the gym was a bit crowded during peak hours.

the shuttle bus service was very easy to use and had a frequent service with an easy-to-locate terminal pickup point. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay at this hotel. this made things easier!

The front desk staff were nice and warm. They welcomed me and provided useful information regarding shuttles. I especially LOVED the pillow options available. It ensured a restful sleep. The hotel features two on-site restaurants that offer convenient dining choices, a HUGE plus. I found the TomYumGong soup authentic and tasty.

The air conditioning didn't work optimally, causing the room to become somewhat humid. This made sleeping slightly difficult.
