The location was awesome! I loved that it was a short walk to Central Station and tons of shops and restaurants. The room was really clean and the bed felt great. I also liked that the super nice team and friendly. It made everything so much easier!

The hotel was very clean. the staff cleaned the room everyday. it's near many michelin-recommended spots, the tram, and the central station. That was very helpful! i also appreciate the portable wi-fi device they provided, i used it everywhere.
the bed was surprisingly uncomfortable and hard. it wasn't a queen size. the pillows also had a bad smell, like old sweat, so i slept without one.

There are lots of restaurants around the hotel. you can find a wide variety of options to enjoy. several convenience stores are nearby too. This makes getting a quick snack or drink quite easy
