fantastic stay, highly recommend!

i was delighted to find myself upgraded to a superior queen or twin suite upon arrival! the suite felt spacious, really adding to my comfort. i especially loved the bathtub, it was so relaxing after exploring the city. i definitely appreciated the extra room and thoughtful design (it.).
i did notice the bathroom doors somewhat obstruct access to the vanity sink, that was a minor inconvenience.

the hotel offers a refreshing crafted drink in the lobby during the evening. the gym includes multiple cardio machines and a selection of weights. guests can access a vending machine for drinks and snacks on each floor.

the housekeeping staff diligently maintained the cleanliness of my room throughout my stay. the front desk staff were quick to assist with requests. the restaurant personnel provided attentive and friendly service.

the hotel is close to multiple restaurants and a short walk to the mtr station. a dim sum restaurant is right across the street from the hotel, very convenient for a quick meal. a ferry port is also nearby, for convenient travel across the harbor.

The check-in process was very efficient. The service at breakfast was also great (I liked the pastries). I found good value for money at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay.
The hotel could improve its soundproofing. I could occasionally hear people talking outside my room. This was a minor inconvenience.

I found the staff very professional. The MTR is conveniently located close to the hotel. I appreciated the gym and swimming pool ACCESS. There were coffee and tea making facilities in my room.
The hallways SOMETIMES had a slight moldy smell.

the room had large windows it offered a great view. the bathroom was modern and quite spacious. i found it convenient to have a shopping mall close to the hotel.
the pool was small and overlooked by staff it felt a little uncomfortable. the changing rooms were a bit far from the pool area. the beds were too firm for my liking it affected my sleep.
