functional stay, but some disappointments

spacious apartment equipped kitchen basic room tired state

the apartment was spacious and the kitchen had all the equipment i needed for a comfortable stay

the view was not what i saw on bookingcom also the tv paused most of the time and the room was generally quite basic and in need of a spruce up it felt tired overall

helpful staff spacious suite central location

i totally enjoyed how helpful the staff was . the check-in was smooth and the receptionist really ensured i had a great room. my suite was quite spacious and the hotel's central location was a major win for accessing tours and city spots, everything was very convenient.

the room got very warm, almost like a sauna, even with the window wide open. it was quite uncomfortable especially since it was so cold outside. i wish this could have been better regulated or addressed to enhance my stay.

Though i did not eat at the hotel, i noted several dining options nearby. i saw many restaurants and cafés just steps from the entrance. It was so easy to grab a bite anytime. the variety looked great too ensuring many choices for different tastes.

my beautiful suite featured a well-equipped kitchenette. the bathroom had high standards, with everything spotlessly clean and modern. i liked the nice interior and the comfortable bed providing the best rest after a long day exploring.

awkward tv placement unmanned reception

The room felt smaller than expected. the tv placement was awkward. It was too high above the bed. i had trouble finding someone at reception when i needed assistance, frustrating.

Acceptable stay in central location

central location cooking appliance room upgrade tight shower late night disturbance scary experience

The hotel is located very centrally. It is easy to reach many attractions. My room was upgraded to an apartment. The kitchenette included cooking appliances.

The shower area was VERY tight. It was hard to move while putting soap. One night someone knocked on the door at around 12:30 am and woke me up. It was quite scary.
