the staff was helpful. they offered great recommendations for local spots. i found it very convenient to store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. the location allowed easy walking to shopping areas and landmarks.

I found the location excellent. All excursions were close. the bus stop WAS nearby AS well. the staff was nice and the overall experience felt good. i benefited from a 24h reception. the location made it easy to explore the city.

the room was unbelievably SMALL, i thought. cleaning did not happen . i HAD to ask for the trash to be removed.

the room was quite small it made moving around difficult i expected more space based on the description also there was a noticeable lack of storage for luggage a simple wardrobe would have been helpful finally the complimentary toiletries were minimal only basic soap and shampoo were provided i would have appreciated conditioner

The location was GREAT. I could walk to the main shopping street in just a couple of minutes and the harbor was also close by! The rooms are modern and clean. The airport shuttle bus stop was just a short walk away, so access was REALLY easy.

The hotel also sent a genuine message in between to ask for online check-in in advance, WHICH complicated things.
