a treasure in the north!

The views enhanced the experience. the fika each afternoon was like a special treat, i savored the delicious cakes and coffee. the breakfast selection was vast, with options to suit every palate, i was totally pleased.
the dinner buffet could benefit from more variety, though it was still acceptable.

every staff member displayed amazing friendliness, i felt so welcome! their assistance with every request was prompt and efficient. i really appreciated the attentiveness and warmth shown throughout my visit.

Breakfast offered an extensive array of choices, catering to diverse tastes. It was a great start to each day. fika was amazing!!! the coffee flowed freely, and the pastries provided a comforting respite in the afternoons. the food was really delicious.

The hotel's position near the harbor proved convenient. I loved it. the proximity to the main shopping street meant easy access to everything i needed. it offered an ideal base for exploration, i could not ask for a better spot.

basic hotel with issues
minimal cleaningignored request
I had to request room cleaning. it was not automatic and only happened after i asked. the cleaning itself was minimal. They emptied bins and changed towels. specific requests like bathroom cleaning were ignored, and the bedsheets were merely arranged, not changed.

The room was quite small. I had expected more for the price I paid. The limited space made it difficult to fully unpack or move around freely. I found that breakfast ended too early. Clearing started promptly at 9:15 am. This felt a bit rushed, especially for a vacation where a later, leisurely breakfast would have been appreciated.
