I received an upgrade to a premium room. The room featured a balcony with an very nice view. Its central location made walking easy, and a bus stop was conveniently right outside. The staff was AMAZING!!! I would definitely return to this boutique hotel.

The hotel has very helpful staff. They spoke English well. The bed in my room was very comfortable and the room was clean. I found a bottle of wine and pastel de nata in my room upon arrival. I liked that the hotel is in a perfect central location. I appreciated that the air conditioning worked well. There is also a grocery store right across the street. I was able to get some necessary items. The shower had great water pressure. Breakfast offered a good selection. I did not have to wait long for an omelet. Staff ensured I had what I needed. The city view from my room's balcony did not disappoint.
The lift was very small for luggage and people.

the location was ACCEPTABLE, right in the center of everything.
The room was oddly configured. It felt cramped despite its size. a HUGE shower box seemed disproportionate for the SMALL toilet area. also, the hotel IS on top of a hill, so walking back can be exhausting.

I REALLY liked how efficient the staff IS. My room had a balcony with RIVER views. The breakfast included fresh pastries AND strong coffee, a must.
