Reception staff were warm and enthusiastic. Tatiana took time to mark locations and give suggestions. The staff wants you to have a GREAT experience. The WhatsApp contact before our stay was efficient.

The bar was a fun bonus and well-stocked. Breakfast had variety to keep you interested. Coffee was REALLY lovely and strong. I enjoyed the bottle of wine in my room.
