I found the staff to be very helpful. They spoke several languages. The location was convenient to many shops and bars within walking distance. The metro stations were also nearby.

The air conditioning had been switched off, and my room was very warm. I had to sleep with the windows open next to a busy road. The tea, coffee, and milk allocations were minimal. Requesting more took effort.

i found the location convenient. the hotel is near bus stops and the metro. i also used the facilities at the sister hotel next door, including the rooftop bar. it offered nice views.

i noticed a strong perfume in the corridors. it was quite overwhelming and made it hard to relax. the scent lingered and affected my overall comfort.

the hotel room was bright. it was also quite clean. blackout curtains were very effective in keeping the room dark. our room was dark even with a streetlight shining right outside our window.

one socket in the room did not work. the shower ran hot and cold. the hairdryer would cut out after a few minutes. it took me a long time to dry my hair.

The shower water was not consistent in temperature it sometimes became scalding hot. This was far from pleasant. The staff at the desk could be friendlier they did not even look up or say hello.
