The staff was genuinely friendly. the location is very close to the metro station, this made traveling around simple. my room had everything i needed, it was so great for a short trip.

I had to leave my key at reception each time i went out. It felt a bit restrictive! i prefer keeping my own key for convenience and peace of mind.

I find the staff members very friendly. They arrange a taxis for my early morning airport trip and helped with my bags. Bed linen had that freshness and the shower was great. The hotel's location is ideal, allowing a easy walk into the center.

My room was very small, with a very tiny wardrobe. The hotel had no lift. I could hear everything happening in the rooms nearby. There were no soundproof walls.

my room was very clean. staff cleaned the room every day and changed the towels. the location offers quick access to the metro.

The walls offer minimal soundproofing. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

the staff were very helpful in a difficult situation. the location is ok with a busy street. our rooms were clean, and we arrived on april 28. no electricity until the next morning but they helped us a lot.

i had to give the key back to the desk every time i left. the day shift workers had a bad impact on our trip. we had to pick it up again when we came back.
