Excellent Airport Hotel Experience

The hotel is very close to the airport, and a free shuttle runs frequently. My room had a large window that let in plenty of natural light, which I appreciated. I also used the complimentary laundry facilities, a great perk for long trips. The breakfast offered both Western and Asian choices.

The area around the hotel felt a little deserted. There were not many places to get coffee nearby.

The staff members were helpful. They answered questions quickly via phone and through the website. The shuttle service was reliable to and from the airport. Clear directions for contacting the shuttle were available, so the process was very easy and convenient.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations!!! It had a nice selection of international dishes. Several restaurants including Chinese options and KFC were within a five-minute walk. This made getting a quick meal very easy.

The room was AMAZING!!! It was super clean and very spacious. The beds are super comfortable and luxurious. The hotel provided free transfer from and to the airport, which I really appreciated.

The staff didn't speak English fluently, so communication was a little difficult.

The free shuttle to daxing airport was convenient, especially after a long flight. my room was spacious and clean. The bathroom felt modern. i found the breakfast buffet excellent. The coffee machine was certainly a plus.

the water from the faucet on the floor i stayed on had a strange odor. it smelt like a mix of foul water and something like ammonia.

i found the desk staff not very friendly. also, there is no proper restaurant available for dinner. the only food option was in the basement in a strange underground area and the food was terrible. it felt a bit uncomfortable and strange.
