mixed feelings about my stay

dirty bathroom slow wifi

the staff was helpful when i needed directions to the airport shuttle.

i was disappointed that the room wasn't as clean as i expected it to be there were some hairs in the bathroom and the floor didn't seem properly vacuumed i also had issues with the wifi it kept disconnecting and the connection was very slow making it difficult to browse the internet or stream videos.

A GREAT hotel near airport!

quick service spacious lobby clean rooms

i received quick service with a hotel shuttle from the airport. The lobby seemed spacious. I could see elevators were FAST and the rooms were clean. i enjoyed a good breakfast with many Asian and European dishes.

check-in at reception was SLOW.

The hotel has buses that operate between the hotel and airport terminals. The shuttle runs every twenty minutes TO terminal three. The hotel is very close to terminal three at the airport.

This place does fulfill the standard for a Hilton hotel. The hotel restaurant is VERY good. The breakfast was good and is highly recommended. Breakfast had many choices.

The staff seemed friendly and helpful . Staff is super helpful and are english speakers. Clark were pretty good too take care of us. The front desk staff are very LOVELY.

the hotel shuttle runs frequently. it made getting to the airport very simple. i also received a dry breakfast due to my early flight. the staff was very thoughtful in providing this.
