i just spent several nights here and found the location quite convenient! the hosts offered assistance with directions and recommendations for local attractions. the breakfast included a varied selection and filled me up for the day. i appreciated how clean they kept my room and the hotel in general.

the elevator was a bit slow at times, made getting to the upper floors slightly inconvenient.

staff quickly addressed a minor issue with the room key, replacing it immediately. requests for extra towels and pillows got fulfilled quickly and efficiently. i found the staff very responsive, even during peak hours.

i noticed some slight wear and tear in the hallway carpeting, but it did not affect my room or my overall experience.

the staff were friendly, ready to chat with me whenever. my room was clean and very comfortable, had everything i needed. all rooms have en suite bathrooms. the food from the adjoining cafe, the wild bean cafe, was delicious (i especially liked the breakfast!).

The staffs kindness blew me away, such lovely cute folks. our room had a fan that was a blessing during hot nights! i loved the tea and coffee station. So convenient after a long day.

the noise each morning made it tricky to sleep in late. it was nothing major, but it did disrupt my plans for a quiet morning.
