Really good Hospitality and Great Location

friendly greeting breakfast quality safe location

Adam and Gemma. I appreciated their willingness to accommodate my breakfast preferences (I am not a fan of eggs!). The room was well-equipped and ideally suited my needs. The location secure hotel, even when returning late at night.

The walk-up to the room on a higher floor proved a bit tiring after a long day. Perhaps a room on a lower floor would be better for future stays.

The hotel has adequate facilities. There is fresh orange juice available , alongside tea or coffee for a refreshing beverage to start your day, I thought.

faulty tap night noise

The staff was friendly. I have no complaints about that, even though it was expected.

the bathroom situation was awful, with a tap that didn't work! i reported it, and someone fixed it quickly. there was night noise in the road, due to some meeting.

Adam and Gemma are great hosts. The whole place is super clean. Breakfast is great. It is cooked fresh. I am already booked up for next year.

the bathroom tap DIDN'T work, though it was quickly fixed after I told someone.

gemma and adam are such good hosts. the location is quite near the winter gardens. the room was very clean. breakfast was lovely, and everything feels a good value.

the tap in the bathroom did not work, however it was fixed when i told someone.

friendly hosts arrival explanation good breakfast faulty tap night noise agricultural event

the hosts were very friendly. they explained everything upon arrival. the breakfast was very good. it was like good value.

the tap in the bathroom did not work. staff corrected it quickly once informed. there was some night noise in the road. it was during an agricultural event.
