the receptionist was helpful, she spoke english well.

the room faced the street, so street noise was bad. the room had only a fan, it got too hot during summer. the lack of air conditioning was a problem and we had to keep the windows open, i could not sleep well.

the room had everything i needed for a short stay. i especially appreciated the kitchen unit with its fridge and hob. the location was convenient with the number 15 tram nearby, this provided easy access to the city center. also, i found shops, restaurants, and bars to be reasonably close.

during my stay, the metallic door at the entrance was quite loud. each time it closed, i could hear it clearly in my apartment. this was disruptive and often woke me up at night. the other guests were also noisy during the night.

the suite included a kitchenette with a kettle, electric hob, pans, and cutlery for two people. a fridge with a freezer was available, along with a clean bathroom that featured a shower. windows were on the slanted roof on the 6th floor.

the location offers convenient access to public transportation, with a tram station situated not far from the hotel. a nearby tram provides easy connection to the city center. several shops, restaurants, and bars are located reasonably close by.

Online check-in is an option, which streamlined my arrival. Everything went smoothly. opening both the room door and the building door was straightforward with the code received in a mobile app. i appreciated not needing to interact with staff due to this system.

the appliances worked perfectly, so that was something.

the room faced the street. it was right near a pedestrian crossing. the noise was horrendous, i barely slept. no a/c either. just a fan!

the location was convenient near a large shopping center it also offered easy access to public transport i found a fridge and freezer useful for keeping drinks cold the apartment was very clean on arrival it set a positive tone.

i noticed a faint lingering smell in the bathroom though the room was otherwise perfect.

i was so happy with the staff's excellent english, it really helped a lot! the room was very clean, which i always appreciate. being on the top floor meant we had these amazing ceiling windows.. they just flooded the space with daylight!

I found the location great. It is outside of the main tourist areas. public transport is close by, giving easy access to the city. a great shopping center with a large food court is nearby too.
