Acceptable Hotel with a Good Location
hotel location welcome treats broken lift broken light bulbs
The location is definitely a highlight. It is very close to many attractions, so it was easy to walk to places. The hotel offers welcome treats in the fridge that I thought was a nice touch.
The lift was not working . I had to carry my bags up to the third floor, and it wasn't fixed during my four days. I found four lights in my room were not working, requiring multiple requests for them to be fixed. broken light bulbs

The location is close to the most important landmarks.. The tram station is near the hotel. The metro station is a 5-minute walk. The room is special and the breakfast is very good.

peeling wallpaper non-operating lights
The room needed some attention. Wallpaper was peeling in several spots. Some of the lights did NOT work, even after I asked a few times for them to fix it. These issues impacted the overall experience quite a bit.

charmed stay near bridge
unique breakfast good location ample space
I liked staying here for three nights. the breakfast setup was unique. You grabbed what you liked from the hall outside your room. the location was very good. It felt close to main attractions, not touristy. our beautiful double room was clean with ample space.
the elevator made unsettling stops between floors, they told us to just use stairs.

the hotel is near the iconic bridge but set back from the busy tourist areas, this makes it convenient yet quiet. it felt easy to walk to main attractions. trams are also nearby for further journeys.

our room had exposed beams giving a rustic feel, it featured a lofted bed. the room included practical amenities, such as a minibar stocked with complimentary snacks. plush bedding was also present.

The breakfast arrangement was convenient. It offered a variety of fresh pastries and local specialties. this allowed guests to enjoy breakfast privately in their rooms. the reception area was staffed with helpful individuals.

great location complimentary mini bar easy walk scary elevator missing milk bad breakfast
the location was great. it was very easy to walk to many attractions. i enjoyed the complimentary mini bar , too. it was a nice touch after a long day.
the elevator was scary at times. it stopped abruptly between floors a couple of times. the breakfast was not always great , especially one morning. milk and some sweets were missing.

The receptionist was very polite and provided explanations of all amenities. The hotel's location is perfect and right in the heart of the city center. A welcome basket awaited me in my room with wine beer and chocolates
