Solid Stay Near Transit!

friendly staff excellent access clean room straightforward process

The check-in process was straightforward. The staff was friendly and available. The room was quite clean. The location offered excellent access to the Elizabeth Line, which got me into the city quickly.

The walls were a little thin, so I could hear some noise from other guests.

The hotel is very close to the Underground Station. It takes about 60 seconds to walk across to the tube station on the Elizabeth Line. Shops, pubs and restaurants are within reasonable walking distance!!!

The room and en suite were great. The room was nicer than I expected. The hotel is located on a quiet street. I slept very well. Everything was neat and clean.

The location provides convenient access to transport links. It was very close to the train station. The room included tea and coffee facilities. The host was helpful in assisting with luggage..

The bedroom door was damaged. It did not close properly. The staff fixed it partially. I still found it not good..

The staff member impressed me. He was an amazing person. The location is also convenient because of its closeness to a train station on the Elisabeth line. There are a lot of stores in the area for buying groceries and other necessities plus a few bars.

My check in was scheduled for 3pm though I received the code to enter the building at 5.45 pm after contacting the hotel. I woke up with aches and rashes on my skin and discovered bed bugs in my bed. The duvet and pillow also had them.

The location was convenient. It's close to the underground station. I liked having many food and drink options nearby. I found a supermarket close so I could buy snacks.

The room needed improvements as there was an UNPLEASANT smell. The unpleasant smell.

The location is close to an underground station, about 30 minutes from the city centre. I noticed shops, pubs, and restaurants at a reasonable distance. Coop, a grocery store, was just three minutes away by foot.

The room had a kettle. Coffee and tea were also supplied. The room contained a fan and the bed was COMFORTABLE. A television with limited channels was available for entertainment.

The staff was friendly and ready to help. I was welcomed with a smile when i arrived at the reception. Room attendants were very cute. They were happy to assist guests.
