charming stay near the city center

reasonable price clean room convenient location

I appreciated the reasonable price, it allowed me to extend my visit. the rooms were clean and the location was very convenient. a short walk took me to the castle. It was safe and secure, i liked the bus stop so close.

I found that the tv didn't work, i couldn't get any channels. access to the room used a code and the c part of the code on the front door was scratched out. it took several attempts to get in. It was frustrating.

The location offers excellent access to transportation. Bus stops are really close. the historic city center is within walking distance, about 15 minutes. i found the area quiet.

The staff was very helpful. they were responsive and communicative and promptly addressed my questions. the access instructions for the accommodation were very clear. It made check-in easy.

clean room good location ample tea coffee

the room was clean, and i found plenty of tea and coffee provided. shampoo, conditioner, and soap were available (which i always appreciate). an iron and hair dryer were also in the room. the location was good, and i got answers to my questions right away.

the pillows were a little uncomfortable, and the pillowcase felt strange.

Excellent City Stay!

helpful staff great value

The staff provided helpful support regarding parking before my arrival. The room and bathroom were clean. The hotel definitely offered great value for money.

The TV was not functional, as I could not access standard channels. The access code on the front door was also partially scratched, so it made entry challenging. There was nobody available to assist with gaining entry.

The customer service was excellent with an early check-in option. Assistance with luggage and provision of a phone charger added value. I found the tea and coffee facilities more generous than in most places. The hot water machine was quite fancy!!!

the room had high ceilings and funky decor.. the design features were great. dropping luggage off was easy because the hotel is outside the lez zone. i found cheap parking nearby using 'your parking space' website.

the bathroom was not in the same space as the room.

the room was tidy. it included tea and coffee provisions. i found shampoo, conditioner, and soap there.

It is a small room. Nowhere to put suitcases, though the space is adequate for standing or sleeping.

inadequate shower dirty ironing board

the shower lacked power when my girlfriend used it the water temperature fluctuated i experienced cold and hot water no complimentary towels were provided and the bedsheets did not fit the ironing board was dirty
