The building used a door code system. It felt secure and efficient. the room was spotlessly clean. I found the bed very comfortable. there is a handy food pub immediately opposite the building. A chippie is just around the corner. administration and communication were excellent, and someone helpful was always on the phone when i had a question.

I needed to pay a deposit. The pre-check-in process online was difficult, and i could not reach anyone over the phone. this complicated the initial stages of my stay, though everything else was smooth.

my room was on the ground floor next to the front door. it included a double bed, a tv, a couple of chairs, and a desk. the room was quiet, and i was not disturbed .

A kitchen is on the ground floor with everything provided. It was quite convenient. there is a shower with hot water on the ground floor and a toilet. another shower and toilet on the first floor. wifi was excellent!
