the staff provided a very clean room it also included very comfy beds. the hotel location proved convenient since it was minutes from the airport. the staff brought breakfast to my room and sent messages to check on me when i had bali belly.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a nice variety. The bed was very comfortable and i slept well before my flight. I really appreciated having assistance with arranging a taxi to the airport. It made my departure stress-free.
My room faced the main road, and i experienced considerable traffic noise, especially from cars and motorbikes. This made it hard to sleep well.

Staff was very friendly. Location had restaurants and shops close. The pool was quiet and clean. Breakfast included take-away food. I will return for sure.
They refuse to allow hot water in the showers. They gave us 30 minutes of hot water after we complained. We did a wash up in the sink since it had hot water when we checked out.
