airport convenience at its best!

the direct access to international departures was a game changer. i had a late check-out and made it to my 9 pm flight without worrying about traffic (that was awesome!). the room provided a comfortable rest, important before a long flight.

i think the hotel could improve the way to travel from the airport. the walk through the underground car park felt a little long (it's a bit of a hike!). a more streamlined path would be great.

The breakfast selection was great and offered many options.

The room smelled of damp, not pleasant. I also found two hairs in the shower. Basic cleanliness seemed to be lacking here. Attention to detail during the cleaning was definitely missing (i wish they were more careful).

I found the location perfect. A short walk from the airport terminals made arrivals and departures stress-free. The staff was always ready to assist, and their breakfast buffet offered numerous options. I really appreciated the availability of baggage storage. A convenience store around the corner provided easy access to necessities.

The air conditioning in the dining area was not strong. It made dining less pleasant.

The location allowed easy access to the airport. The bar and food were great. The quality was high, and prices were reasonable.

The late-night room service was slow. It took over an hour for a sandwich. The shower apparatus was broken, spraying water at chest height. I also found a broken power point in the room, and it was unclear if the bottled water was complimentary.

the staff was friendly and helpful my room was comfortable and clean. i appreciated the porter meeting me at international arrivals ready to assist with my luggage. the breakfast buffet provided a great selection of food including an espresso machine.

finding the hotel from arrivals was difficult no signs were visible i had to ask for directions and walk through a disused area.
