The hotel restaurant HAS a beautiful view. It had EXCELLENT food. The location is GREAT, near many shops on Granville Island.
The duvet was not warm enough SO i asked for a warmer one. The radiator also did not give out much warm heat. I found some desk staff were not that helpful and did not seem INTERESTED in my requests.

the reception staff were friendly. the location is very convenient near the public market and whale watching boats. the room had a thermostat to control the temperature (very important for me).
the room had minimal pillows when i arrived.
