The front desk staff was helpful . They assisted me with directions and local information. The hotel offered a convenient grab and go snack bag in the morning.. this was a nice touch. The hotel is within walking distance to the skytrain.

The check-in process was very efficient, and the staff was friendly. My room had a plentiful supply of coffee and tea available, which I appreciated. I was also provided with toothpaste when I realized I had forgotten mine. The breakfast pack offered was a great convenience.
I found the area outside was quite busy because of the proximity to other hotels and restaurants.

The front desk staff was cute and helpful . They answered all my questions promptly. I also appreciated that they handled a busy check-in period very efficiently and maintained a polite and attentive attitude with all guests.
