the staff were helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. i found the location quite convenient (especially with the shopping complex nearby). the breakfast had a great variety (i was impressed!).
the air conditioning was a bit difficult to adjust, and i would have loved a fridge in the room.

broken acoutdated place
i was pretty frustrated. the room they gave me had a broken ac system and it felt stuffy the entire time. also the hot water went out on the last night so i had to move to another room that was a real hassle especially late at night. the location was decent enough but i think the whole place could use an update it feels pretty outdated.

The air conditioning did not work well. The room was too warm. The hot water in the shower also stopped working one night, requiring a room change. This was annoying.

the pillows were thin almost non-existent, i found that disappointing. also, there was a lack of variety at breakfast. only one type of cheese was available, and the bread options were limited to packaged varieties. old coffee machines were in use, and at least one was consistently out of service. i would have liked to see some improvements in these areas.
