the room was spacious. it had everything i needed for my stay. the view was pretty good from the room. the kids really loved the pool.

The housekeeping service was not good. we were four people. the room wasn't cleaned until the fourth day. this happened only after we complained about basic supplies like toilet paper. towels and linens were not changed either. It was frustrating.

The location was good, and the spacious room had a large table. It made working on my laptop easier.

I did not sleep well. The windows let in too much noise. They were not soundproof. I could hear everything going on outside, and I heard noises from other rooms. Some things in the room did not work properly, including the sauna.

I found the location quite convenient. it was near city attractions. accessing different places was simple. the reception staff was also helpful. They were friendly and answered questions well.
