The breakfast buffet had many options , including fresh fruit and a variety of pastries. The fitness center had modern equipment , I used the treadmill and elliptical. The room included a minibar stocked with water and soft drinks , I found this very convenient after a long day.

The staff were very available and warm. The bar staff were excellent. The atmosphere was great. I was given a free upgrade to a 'Level' room, located on a corner, with lovely city views in two directions. The room was well equipped and very comfortable.

The room was too hot. I did ask twice for it to be sorted, but it wasn't really resolved. Made sleeping a little uncomfortable.

The location suited my needs well.

The room's temperature control was faulty , it was excessively warm. The breakfast service was disorganized , the layout made it difficult to find utensils and condiments. The staff did not seem very attentive.
