The check-in process WAS smooth. The staff was very helpful with directions. The room included a microwave and a mini-fridge. There was also complimentary coffee available in the lobby 24 hours a day.

The ice machine on my floor was not working. This was quite inconvenient when i wanted a cold drink. The gym only had a few pieces of equipment. I expect more equipment in A hotel gym.

The air conditioning was loud, i couldn't sleep well because of it. also, the room smelled a bit musty. It was not a pleasant welcome. i mentioned it to the front desk, but they didn't seem to care, frustrating, i expected better.

the staff were nice, i guess, and quick with the airport shuttle when i landed late.

i gotta say, the room cleaning policy really stinks because the room only get cleaned every other day, it's like they forgot i was even staying there.
