The front desk staff was kind and efficient. The free Uber from the airport was helpful. I found the hotel very clean . My room was cleaned daily, which I appreciated.
The selection of snacks available for purchase at the front desk were somewhat limited.

The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast with eggs, waffles, and sausage. There was also bacon, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruits, and assorted breads available each morning. Juice and coffee were readily accessible.

The hotel offers a fitness center with treadmills. An outdoor pool is also available . Free parking is provided in a large outdoor lot. The airport is under ten minutes away.

The staff provided transportation to the airport and managed Uber requests expertly. The room was spacious and clean, accommodating three adults comfortably. A dedicated living area plus two double beds. They sent a link for easy lyft order, very convenient.
The pillows in the room were not to my liking. This single aspect would make me think twice about returning.

There was much variety for breakfast and everything was delicious!!! The breakfast options were plentiful, a nice addition to the hotel and made our mornings much easier.

The front desk staff I encountered were friendly and helpful . Staff handled transport arrangements very well. They provided us with transport to the airport, managing all processes smoothly.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, like Longhorn and Olive Garden, located across the parking lot. Proximity to an international mall is another benefit. This mall is only about a half mile away.

Our room was spacious, offering ample space to relax. It felt more than just a bedroom. The bed was clean and super comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The room was well-soundproofed, so it was easy to relax.

excellent servicegood breakfastannoying sound
ivett at the front desk provided excellent service. the hotel offered free popcorn upon arrival, a treat the kids really enjoyed (a simple pleasure!). breakfast had good variety and tasted fresh.
the air conditioning unit made an annoying sound throughout the night. it affected my sleep quality. i hope this is addressed soon.

the breakfast buffet featured scrambled eggs, sausage, and a selection of pastries. there was also an oatmeal station with various toppings available for customization, a nice touch. the coffee was always freshly brewed and strong.

the king room included a comfortable sofa bed and a well-lit work desk. there were ample power outlets located near the desk and bedside tables, a practical feature. the bathroom offered a spacious shower and provided plenty of towels.

the front desk staff were helpful in arranging transportation to the airport. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. requests were handled efficiently and with a professional attitude, i noticed.
