I really liked how close i was to the airport. The shuttle service was prompt. the room was spacious and modern. I enjoyed the kitchenette with its full-size refrigerator. the pool area featured comfortable loungers and a convenient towel service. breakfast had a wide selection, including hot and cold options, AMAZING!!!

The parking fee was unexpected.

I received an upgrade to a Studio Room, an unexpected bonus. The room included excellent amenities, such as a practical microwave. The complimentary bus to departures was timely and convenient.

I found the breakfast concluded a bit early for my liking.

The rooms are spacious. The layout included two separate sinks. A rainfall shower offered a refreshing experience, and contributed positively to the functionality of the room. I found the air conditioning maintained a consistent and comfortable temperature.

the room was an acceptable size for a short stay.

The housekeeping was quite poor. The floor was not vacuumed . breakfast felt chaotic, resembling a crowded scene. i believe the hotel has declined since it was new.

The room was very clean. I appreciated how convenient the shuttle was. It took us to the airport with no issues.

I requested a late checkout, BUT the front desk only allowed one hour. The hotel rooms look old. The paint looked patchy.
