The hotel sits near the Autobahn. I found the tram stop just outside the hotel very convenient for reaching Hauptbahnhof. Breakfast offered many choices..

I found no hand soap in the bathroom, only an all-in-one body wash..

The location worked well for me. I could walk to messe each day. the receptionist welcomed everyone warmly (always with a smile!). the room i had was huge and clean and it also had a window that i could fully open.

my room did not have a telephone, so i needed to go down to the reception desk whenever i needed something. there was also no mini bar in the room.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was good with a top notch selection. The hotel staff also makes sure to replenish everything quickly. i did not have lunch or dinner at the hotel, though.

the hotel provides convenient parking, and i found the check-in and check-out to be efficient (a swift process!). there is also a tram stop very close to the hotel, and i could easily get to the main station.

the wifi seemed temperamental and kept dropping its connection. i also discovered an unexpected charge for parking at the end of my stay something i hadn't been informed about earlier. it felt a bit like they sprung it on me at the last minute which i found irritating.

i was grateful for the quiet room, it really helped me rest. breakfast included many options, all very fresh. i found the staff were very helpful when i needed directions and taxi information.

the elevators took long time, it caused some delays.

the room offered ample space with very good cleanliness. i needed an electric kettle, and the staff quickly provided one (i appreciated their responsiveness). the modern design of the room was also a plus.

queues at the reception were often long, especially during check-in and check-out. i felt there was a lack of urgency in serving guests at times. this was not ideal when i was tired from traveling.
