The shuttle service to the airport was punctual. The driver assisted with luggage i thought this was useful. The hotel location provided easy access to transportation i found this valuable. The staff seemed approachable during interactions.
The air conditioning emitted loud noises all night i did record this. The toilet in my room didn't flush i needed to remove the cistern top to fix this. A strange musty smell permeated the room it made me uneasy. Neither i nor my husband slept well.

my standard room had a mini-fridge and coffee maker. the free shuttle to the airport was very convenient, it runs frequently. the staff at the front desk were helpful in providing directions to nearby amenities. i found the proximity to gas stations useful for refueling my rental car before returning it.
this caused unnecessary stress and a delay in our plans, this was not a great experience.
