i was disappointed in my room. The bathroom was quite small and outdated, and there was no fan. The room lacked soundproofing, and i could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms.

the warm welcome my family received at check-in was awesome. housekeeping staff quickly accommodated our request for amenities. the pool was well kept (though busy on a saturday afternoon). room service from moxie's was amazing, and the 16th floor was quiet, a definite plus. i appreciate the pet-friendly policy, very convenient for my cousin.

i noticed some cup marks on the tables, small details easily missed.
