The hotel had a really convenient location close to restaurants and transport. Miss Yrma kept my Standard King Room Extra Space clean and tidy. I found the breakfast offered many options daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated them.
The hotel lacked an ATM inside (i found it inconvenient).

The hotel is near a lovely park. It is about a twenty minute walk to the CN Tower. Union Station is only fifteen minutes away on foot (which is GREAT!).

The breakfast offerings were plentiful. I enjoyed the guacamole, salsa, and tortillas. There was also homemade oatmeal and biscuits. Great coffee was always available and tasted wonderful (especially with the biscuits!).

My room included a keurig coffeemaker, fridge, and microwave. It also offered a spacious and comfortable sitting area. I found an excellent choice of TV channels on the flatscreen TV. I really enjoyed this.

the location was excellent for exploring. i could easily walk to many attractions. the room had two separate sinks. the rainfall shower was a nice touch.
The cooling system was either too hot or too cold. It wasn't consistent. i had to turn it off and on frequently.

the breakfast included bacon, eggs, and sausage for hot options. there was also a selection of fruit, muffins, and breads. coffee and tea were available throughout the day, convenient.

The front desk staff were friendly. they answered my questions about the area. they stored my luggage because i had a late afternoon departure. It was much appreciated!

noisy air conditioningunhelpful front desk
my stay had some issues. the air conditioning was unbelievably loud. it sounded like a truck was idling right outside the window all night. also, finding milk for my in-room coffee proved impossible. the front desk staff, quite unhelpfully, informed me i needed to wait until breakfast. wow.
