the location was close to the airport shuttle which was useful.

The noise insulation was awful. I could hear everything in the hallway and neighboring rooms. house keeping opened my door without knocking at 8 am and when they saw me, they said "i am checking" and left without an explanation, which i found unsettling. the staff at reception were quite rude and unhelpful when i raised the issue.

the hotel's free airport shuttle service was very efficient. it ran frequently, about every 15 minutes, and it saved me time getting to my flight. the room was very clean , and the bed was particularly comfortable.

the restaurant downstairs offered convenient dining. it provided a quality meal, especially after a long flight, and room service was available , delivering food directly to the room. the food charges were added to the room bill.

the gym was disappointing it had limited equipment i expected more for a hotel this size the treadmill screens were not working i found it hard to complete my workout as planned the pool area was also small and crowded finding a sunbed was a challenge

I had problems with cleanliness. i found hairs in the bathroom and the shower curtain had stains. the noise isolation was poor. I could hear street noise all night. THESE issues affected my ability to rest adequately.
