my room was a king room and it was really spacious. the bed was very comfy and i slept well. the hotel offers a free shuttle to the park, this made getting there really easy. the staff was helpful when i needed directions.

i paid for parking each day and find the 50 dollar fee excessive. it should be lower for hotel guests. i would have appreciated a discount.

the valet parking situation was a comedy of errors. i drove a perfectly average car, yet the self-parking garage was apparently designed for go-karts only. this meant i was forced into valet parking adding to the bill. the hotel seemed thrilled to keep extracting money. the room was average at best, nothing to write home about and certainly not worth the price

the front desk staff provided wonderful service i had to book a room last minute due to unexpected circumstances i was traveling alone and appreciated linda making sure i got a room before she went home for the day the hotel location is convenient for universal studios hollywood it is only a five minute walk to the front gate.

i found that breakfast was expensive for the amount of food offered also it was not included with the room total i paid extra for a microwave and had to call three times for it to be delivered to my room it took a long time to arrive.
