This hotel was a lifesaver after a long flight. It's in a convenient spot, super close to LAX, and the staff went above and beyond to help us out after my husband's accident in the bathroom. The rooms are clean and comfy but the hotel itself was a little rough around the edges.

A mixed bag. While the staff were consistently helpful and friendly, the hotel is clearly aging, and showing it. Shuttle service was a plus, but the overall condition needs improvement. The staff made all the difference though.

Great location near LAX! The late-night airport shuttle was a lifesaver after a long flight. The room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant even had dinner available late at night. My only slight gripe is the hotel's age, but overall, a really good experience.
