airport proximity and friendly service!

prompt shuttle easy check-in friendly staff

the shuttle service from the airport was prompt and efficient. it runs every half hour, which i found very convenient. i appreciated the quick and easy check-in process and the friendly staff. they were super helpful.

the mattresses were a bit too firm for my liking.

i had a hamburger and fries at the hotel restaurant. the food was AMAZING!!! the service was also good, and i was happy with my experience there. it was a perfect way to end the day.

the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. estela estrada, along with another staff member, was helpful. they were great too assist with conference needs, even packing a lunch to go, i really appreciated it.

the hotel's location near the airport is very convenient. the shuttle bus provides frequent transport. this made my travel seamless. the quick trip to lax was a major plus.

poor pressure working ice

I was not happy with certain aspects of my stay. The water pressure in the shower was quite poor. The lack of a working ice machine on my floor was also an inconvenience. I had to go to a different floor to get ice. I also noticed there were no vending machines available.

free shuttle clean room

the free shuttle to the airport was quite convenient, especially with its 24-hour availability. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room (especially in the bathroom) as it felt very fresh.

i noticed a slight musty smell in the hallway.

strong smoke smell misleading advertising

the free shuttle buses were very useful for getting to the airport after a long flight.

the room smelled strongly of smoke despite the hotel advertising itself as non-smoking. This triggered my allergies, and i had difficulty breathing. i felt the hotel should offer a refund and compensation for the inconvenience of finding alternative accommodation.
