I was not happy with certain aspects of my stay. The water pressure in the shower was quite poor. The lack of a working ice machine on my floor was also an inconvenience. I had to go to a different floor to get ice. I also noticed there were no vending machines available.

the free shuttle to the airport was quite convenient, especially with its 24-hour availability. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room (especially in the bathroom) as it felt very fresh.

i noticed a slight musty smell in the hallway.

the free shuttle buses were very useful for getting to the airport after a long flight.

the room smelled strongly of smoke despite the hotel advertising itself as non-smoking. This triggered my allergies, and i had difficulty breathing. i felt the hotel should offer a refund and compensation for the inconvenience of finding alternative accommodation.
