I found the complimentary shuttle service quite convenient. it operated 24/7. the location near the car rental was also helpful. i could easily walk over after returning my rental car. the pool was inviting. I relaxed there briefly.

The option for transport to the arena meant seeing usher was much easier. the room had such nice cleanliness. The bed had comfort too. the team's commitment caught my attention, they are so attentive.
They seem always jammed. this became frustrating for me during my vacation.

Very nice Experience!!!

The bed and pillows were fantastic. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted with travel arrangements to the Usher concert. I am very grateful for the assistance, because Uber and Lyft had ridiculously high prices.
The gym was not equipped with video surveillance. I felt unsafe during my workout and reported it to the front desk. No one asked for my information to follow up or offered to walk me back to my room to assure my safety.
